Energy and Natural Resources

The energy sector is a substantial and very essential part of the Dutch economy. The current energy landscape is complex and dynamic as a result of, among other things, liberalisation and market forces, policy / legislation / regulations from the EU and the national government, stricter requirements with regard to sustainability and the advent of new disruptive technologies.

Achieving the Paris climate goals requires an energy transition in which the Netherlands switches from fossil fuels to sustainable energy sources such as the sun and wind. The energy transition must ensure that climate change is slowed down as much as possible. A massive switch to sustainable energy can reduce polluting emissions.

The concrete goal of this transition is to have a fully sustainable energy supply in the Netherlands by 2050, which will then consist of 100% green energy.

In addition to technological innovations, such an enormous transition also requires economic and social innovations; new business models and market systems and behavioural change between buyers and suppliers. Mapping out the final structure of the sector and translating it into the own organisation requires special leadership.

We work for scale-ups, SME's, family-owned businesses, PE/VC's, large enterprises and multinational corporations.
